  1. Shipping & Delivery

At Alara, every order is prepared with care and attention to detail. Please allow 2–3 business days for order processing and packaging before dispatch.
Once shipped, deliveries within the UAE typically arrive within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation message or email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
During busy periods or special launches, processing times may take slightly longer — but rest assured, your order will always be worth the wait.

  1. Returns

We want you to love your Alara pieces as much as we loved creating them. If, for any reason, you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within 5 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Please note that intimate wear and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customized gift wrapping is not currently available.

  1. Exchanges

Exchanges may be made for size or color, subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.

  1. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  1. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect. Please ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage during return transit.
